Misery is a word often heard. Complains and complains about how gloomy your day is how depressed your nights are and how despondent your whole life is.
Why do you feel miserable? Why do people hate you? Why do people find you boring? Is it just your fate? Is it just because it is you?
I would not agree. Everything in this life has a reason. There will be a reason behind for your emotional unstableness which until figured out on your own remains as a mystery that is killing you painfully and slowly.
One major factor uncovered by psychologists for this ‘disease’ is one’s own way of thinking. If you think negatively about you, you tend to feel dejected. Staying alone sitting in a dark corner of your room looking at the cement walls won’t make you feel any better.
People get fed up easily. If you ‘act’ this way over and over again your family and friends won’t like it. Rather they lose interest in you. They think you are better off with your own misery.
The conclusion; although the miserable ones out there might not agree, rules out at one direction. You yourself are the cause behind all those sufferings.
